About Us

Built on a solid reputation and reliable goals, we love our size and we think you will too

What we build ourselves on

  • Shore Tech Systems is a partnership between Ross Buggins and John Healy. Without shareholders and directors it means that there is no red tape and no bureaucracy you have to go through. When you speak with us you are speaking to the people who will be implementing your project.

  • No middlemen and no misunderstandings

We love our size and we think you will too

  • 1.

We are small and we all work, we don’t have “delegators” or middlemen passing on what needs doing. When you speak to us you are speaking with the workers who make your ideas happen.

  • 2.

We don’t have a marketing budget; we focus on each of our customer’s satisfaction because this is our marketing. When another customer gives us praise we know they will tell others as well. Your success is our success and we know it.

  • 3.

The buck stops with us, when we work for you it’s our names and reputations on the line, we work hard for both to be exemplary and we don’t want these ruined.

  • 4.

We care about the environment and try to promote Green Technology when ever possible. We also support the Norwich Bicycle Bonus Scheme which aims to cut CO2 emissions in Norwich.

Just because we are a small consultancy, it doesn’t mean we don’t handle big projects. Our clients are always impressed with the way we manage and deliver our projects on budget and on time.

I would not hesitate to recommend them

D.Smith Start-rite Shoes LTD

Sometimes we need a little extra man power in certain areas of projects; we have excellent ties to Sys Consulting LTD, the consultancy arm of the School of Computer Sciences at the University Of East Anglia and we utilise their expertise when necessary.

Who we are

  • Ross Buggins

Continuing his education reading Computer System Engineering (BSc) at the Computer Sciences School of the University of East Anglia he twice received the Dean's award for distinguished performance; he then received commercial and University sponsored funding to continue research which he had started as an undergraduate. From this, the natural progression was to move to IT Consultancy full time and he believes mobile applications fully utilising location awareness is where the future will be.

  • John Healy

Whilst reading Molecular biology at the University Of Essex his interest in computers was sparked when using them heavily for cell imaging and analysis. Upon completion he turned his attention full time to pursuing further education into Computer Science, which he read at the University Of East Anglia, attaining awards from the IET and BCS. His interests focus heavily on user interaction and accessibility upon the web.
